What happens after I have submitted the New Provider Form?
Once you submit the New Provider Registration Form, a member of the WBS team will follow up with you to discuss your specific needs. If your requirements align with the services we offer, you will receive the following documents via our eSign software:
-
WBS Contract
-
HIPAA Form
-
W-9 Form
We will also need copies of your license. Since each situation is unique, Bridget from WBS will follow up with you to identify any additional documents that may be required.
If applicable, we can begin the registration process with private insurance companies. We will also create billing organization sheets for you and start submitting claims on your behalf as soon as possible.
We look forward to discussing all the possibilities with you!
When will I be paid?
For State paid claims: Please see the Monthly or Bi-Monthly billing Calendar depending on your selected frequency of billing. The Calendars can be found under the Links and Forms page. The EFT date/ Pay dates are Highlighted in green.
For Private Insurance claim please allow 30 days from the claim submission date for processing.
What if I have forgotten my MN-ITS password?
Please contact your Billing Specialist. We will help you navigate the website and get your password reset.
What information do I need to provide my Billing Specialist prior to billing?
Any hospitalizations, out of residence days, moves, or new clients should be shared with your Billing Specialist.
For new move-ins we will need the full name, Date of birth and PMI at minimum. If you have Case Manager contact information, or rate and authorization information for the client, we will gladly take that as well.
